🍂 Autumn Paddle Adventure at Beaverdam
Looking for a unique way to enjoy fall at Beaverdam? Join us for a guided kayak adventure across the reservoir, complete with stunning views of autumn’s changing colors!
This option includes kayak, paddle, and life jacket rentals—so all you need to bring is yourself and a sense of adventure. Equipment rental option available on catalog.
Here’s how it works:
Meet at the Main Entrance (Roaring Springs), where you’ll check in and pick up your paddle and life jacket.
From there, park staff will shuttle you on the PRT bus to the Farys Mill Entrance, where kayaks will be waiting.
Paddle back across Beaverdam Lake with Rangers as your guides! Along the way, you’ll learn about native plants and trees while soaking in the breathtaking autumn scenery.
Things to Know:
Bring a camera or binoculars if you have them—the views are unforgettable!
You may get a little wet, and fall weather can be chilly, so dress for the conditions.
Pack water and trash-free snacks. A towel is also recommended (leave it in your car for after the paddle).
Come paddle with us, discover Beaverdam’s beauty from the water, and create fall memories you won’t forget!
