THE FULL HIKE

For ages 16 and older. Beaverdam has beautiful trails where you can enjoy the flora and fauna of Gloucester. The Multi-use Trail runs from the park’s main entrance to the Fary’s Mill Road entrance. We will shuttle you to FMR and drop you off at the trail so that you can hike, self-guided, the approximately 9 mile hike. Hike is roughly 3 hours (at a 4 miles/hour pace). Take your time, take it all in, just be back to the Main Entrance by park closing time and check out at the Ranger Station. Dress for the weather and in sturdy shoes (no open toe, open back, slides or flip flops). Bring water, snacks/food and binoculars and camera if you like. The following Sunday will be the rain date. Please arrive at the Ranger Station at 9:45AM.
