In this 8-week course you will explore international cuisine, characteristic cooking practices and traditions often associated with a specific region, country, or culture. We will use ingredients accessible to us here in Virginia and recreate treats from around the world: German, French, Italian, Turkish, Indian, Thai, Mexican, just to name a few.
