Beginner Belly Dancing (Copy)


This is a great place for new dancers and those wanting to brush up on their technique. We will learn basic belly dance movements and techniques, posturing, language, move execution and this helps you to build necessary strength.

Belly Dance is a low impact workout and great exercise building core strength, while having fun shimmying. Different styles of belly dance will be introduced as well as some historical background of this fascinating ancient art form.

No dance experience necessary.

Dress comfortable and bring water!
