Memorial Garden- Woodville Park

Welcome to the Memorial Garden, located at Woodville Park in Gloucester VA. This part of the park is tucked away in a special spot that is quiet & allows peacefulness to consume those who visit. Within the memorial garden grounds there is a Healing Garden that is sponsored by The Giving Garden Foundation. This foundation advocates for cancer patients residing in Gloucester & Mathews counties.

This special area hosts a beautiful boardwalk leading to a dedicated space designed and created by The Giving Garden with benches and a bird bath. Bricks line the center of the healing garden and along the parking lot entrance with names from family and friends of those they would like to honor.

This section of the park is beautiful and tranquil. A perfect location for reflection or just to take a moment to relax & enjoy natures complexion.

 Make sure to check out the rest of the property when you are there. Woodville has a awesome playground that looks like a country barn, a nature pond ( no fishing) with a story book trail surrounding it, & plenty of open spaces/athletic fields for stretching those legs after a long trip.
